We are looking for an applicant for a permanent position to support our team in Berlin as soon as possible as a

Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities | diverse & exciting

  • Processing complex tenders and preparing individual quotations
  • Coordinating and calculating quotation projects together with the sales team and specialist departments, as well as follow-up including overviews and evaluations
  • Supporting contract management with contract reviews
  • Preparing customer documents and maintaining technical documentation
  • Preparing customer presentations and bidder discussions
  • Managing BID tickets, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system Salesforce
  • Reviewing incoming orders

Good qualities | that you bring along

  • Completed technical or commercial degree or similar qualification
  • Initial experience in technical sales, ideally with complex tenders
  • Willingness to take on a high level of personal responsibility and a strong customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work in order to maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and ideally ERP or document management system solutions
