We are looking for an applicant for a permanent position to support our team in Berlin as soon as possible as a:
Sales Manager Mobility Solutions (m/f/d).
As a Sales Manager, you will build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions that create real value. With us, you’ll have the freedom to leverage your strengths, bring in new ideas, and continuously grow both personally and professionally.
Your responsibilities | diverse & exciting
- Customer Support and Acquisition: You establish and maintain relationships with public and private transport companies as well as vehicle manufacturers (OEMs), with a focus on the bus and rail sectors.
- Sales of System Solutions: You advise customers on the purchase of passenger counting systems and analytics software.
- Quotation Preparation: You independently prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and conclude contracts. You also work with the project team on tender submissions.
- Account Management: You act as the interface between the customer and internal departments such as project management and development.
- Networking: You build a network of relevant industry contacts, keep track of current developments, and participate in events.
Good qualities | that you bring along
- You have a degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification, along with practical experience in technical sales.
- You bring sales experience in hardware or software within the rail and bus sector or a comparable industry.
- You communicate and negotiate confidently and convincingly in both German and English – both in writing and verbally – and can easily adapt to different customer situations. Additional languages are a plus.
- You enjoy collaboration. We achieve the highest closing rates when Sales, Marketing, and Project Management combine their strengths and work together toward success.
- You are confident, approachable, and persuasive—both in person and over the phone.
- You are a highly self-motivated individual, known for your honesty, perseverance, efficiency, and willingness to travel.
- You are proficient in using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
